Job Description
Enterprise Sales Executive driving Enterprise Security solutions at Akamai. Collaborating across teams to generate sales opportunities with high-quality application security and Zero Trust solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Being a leader in driving the Enterprise Security agenda internally and externally.
- Possessing charisma, energy and finesse to be a leader in driving the Enterprise Security agenda internally and externally
- Being adaptive, creative and resourceful, with a desire to operate in a start-up, undefined and matrix mode
- Demonstrating Enterprise Domain Expertise - Infrastructure, applications, networking or security background(s) in selling to senior executives
Requirements:
- Have a proven track record of creating interest and pipeline within new or existing accounts
- Be able to understand why customers have brought from Akamai and articulate these in anecdotes or case-studies
- Demonstrate experience working with multiple teams including Sales, SE, Customer Success, Renewals and Customer Advocacy
- Have experience leading teams within a matrixed organization
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have the following experience: Cybersecurity including WAF and API Security, Zero trust technologies such as SASE and Micro Segmentation (ex. Cisco Tetration, VMware NSX), Firewall.
