Job Description

Executive Assistant managing CEO's time and priorities in a dynamic setting. Responsible for organizing tasks, communication, and operational flow using tools like Notion and Slack.

Responsibilities:

  • Free up Andy’s time to focus on being a CEO and Creative Director
  • Own and architect his Notion workspace
  • Maintain a clean, always-updated source of truth for priorities, documents, decisions, and status updates
  • Manage Andy’s inbox and LinkedIn DMs - respond and route to the appropriate teams when needed

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in roles such as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Chief of Staff (or similar execution-heavy role)
  • Experience managing social media accounts (ex: LinkedIn) of a CEO, Manager, or Executive
  • Extensive knowledge in Notion, G-Suite, Slack, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC concepts is a plus (or a willingness to learn quickly)
