Job Description
Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring effective schedule and communication management in Kabul. Involves organizing meetings, travel, and handling confidential information for strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring executive schedules, communications, and daily operations run smoothly
- Coordinating complex calendars with multiple time zones
- Organizing and prioritizing meetings, preparing agendas
- Drafting and editing correspondence, managing communications
- Arranging travel itineraries, anticipating potential issues
- Monitoring project timelines and managing requests for executive attention
Requirements:
