Job Description
Field Sales Engineer growing Monolithic Power Systems’ semiconductor accounts in Romania or Hungary. Securing design wins and providing technical support for integrated power products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory
- Engage with key customers and distribution partners to secure design wins incorporating MPS products and services
- Contribute to MPS EU revenue growth through direct and indirect technical activities
- Provide technical support to customers using MPS products and technical knowledge
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for market opportunities
- Communicate individual customer requirements to the Sales Manager for design
- Gather potential market moves and competitor activities for MPS product strategy
- Educate and present MPS products and technology to regional sales teams and customers
Requirements:
- Oral /written proficiency in English
- BS or MS of Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- At least five years of power supply design experience or work experience as a power supply FAE
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Possible for overseas and domestic traveling
