Job Description

Sales Representative for ESN & More driving sales in Eastern Austria. Building customer relationships and achieving sales goals in the food retail sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with store managers and independent retailers
  • Increase sales by analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products
  • Secure and negotiate optimal placements for marketing materials
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional materials at the point of sale
  • Analyze market opportunities and trends within the sales territory
  • Prepare weekly visit and sales reports for the Key Account team

Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales within food retail or comparable sales experience
  • Completed commercial/vocational training preferred
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Enjoy networking
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and digital tools
  • Driving license B and willingness to travel within Austria
  • Very good German and good English skills
