Job Description
Sales Representative for ESN & More driving sales in Eastern Austria. Building customer relationships and achieving sales goals in the food retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with store managers and independent retailers
- Increase sales by analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Secure and negotiate optimal placements for marketing materials
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional materials at the point of sale
- Analyze market opportunities and trends within the sales territory
- Prepare weekly visit and sales reports for the Key Account team
Requirements:
- Experience in field sales within food retail or comparable sales experience
- Completed commercial/vocational training preferred
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Enjoy networking
- Comfortable working with KPIs and digital tools
- Driving license B and willingness to travel within Austria
- Very good German and good English skills
