Job Description
Außendienstmitarbeiter for ESN & More responsible for building customer relationships in Southern Austria. Focused on sales and market analysis for nutrition brands.
Responsibilities:
- You build and develop sustainable business relationships with store managers and independent retailers
- You actively increase sales by analysing customer needs and recommending appropriate product quantities and assortments in line with our sales objectives
- You secure and negotiate optimal placements for advertising materials and promotional activities while adhering to the group's commercial guidelines
- You ensure compelling product presentation at the point of sale by implementing visual merchandising and promotional materials
- You identify and analyse growth and market opportunities in your sales area and continuously monitor market and competitor trends
- You prepare weekly visit and sales reports and forward them to the key account team
Requirements:
- You have field sales experience in the food retail sector or comparable professional sales experience
- Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent business qualification
- You communicate persuasively, negotiate with confidence and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with metrics, have a passion for selling and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are proficient with digital tools and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a Class B driving licence and are willing to travel within Austria, particularly within your sales territory
- You have very good German skills and good English skills
