Job Description
Field Service Technician 2 responsible for installations of windows and doors. Leading diagnostics and ensuring customer satisfaction for Cornerstone Building Brands.
Responsibilities:
- Performing advanced field diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors
- Leading multi-technician jobs
- Conducting water tests and handling escalated warranty concerns
- Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- AAMA Installation Training certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check
- 3–5 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred
- 3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to complete advanced diagnostics, repairs, and documentation
- Strong understanding of installation practices for windows and doors
