Job Description
Field Service Technician servicing heating systems and heat pumps for Viessmann Climate Solutions. Diagnosing faults, conducting maintenance, and supporting customers across Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled service visits in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland as planned by the dispatch team
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions
- Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
- Document service activities using the company IT system
- Participate in the on-call service outside regular business hours
Requirements:
- Completed technical education or apprenticeship (apprenticeship, technical college, vocational school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical profession
- Good written and spoken German
- Basic IT skills
- Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
- Willingness to participate in the on-call service outside regular business hours (maximum one week per month)
