Job Description
Servicetechniker für Wärmepumpen bei Viessmann Climate Solutions. Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Störungsbehebung im Kundendienst der Region Leipzig.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
- Provide service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support your colleagues in technical field service within the wider area surrounding your assigned territory
- Participate in on-call service with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible
- Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps
- Work in the Leipzig region
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
- Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
- Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an additional advantage
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Good command of German, both written and spoken
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel
