Job Description

Freelance Business Developer generating qualified leads for a digital recruitment firm in France. Work remotely and independently to manage your sales pipeline and deliver leads to recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and grow the firm's client portfolio (SMEs / mid-sized companies prioritized) across France
  • Manage your sales pipeline independently, at your own pace
  • Identify target prospects
  • Hand over "qualified leads" to the Recruiter

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B Business Development
  • Activatable network of managers and C-level contacts
  • Excellent written and spoken French
  • Experience in B2B outbound Business Development (hunting)
  • Ideally in professional services: recruitment firm, consulting, agency, or IT services company (ESN)
