Job Description

Freelancer in Performance Marketing for B2B IT service provider. Planning and optimizing online ads to acquire new business customers.

Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Develop an online strategy for B2B new customer acquisition
  • Plan and execute online ad campaigns, e.g.: Google Ads
  • Define target audiences and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Create and test ad copy and variants
  • Collaborate with us on landing pages / simple funnels
  • Analyze campaigns and provide clear reporting on results and next steps

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with services (ideal: IT, agencies or similar industries)
  • Strong knowledge of at least one platform: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
  • Confident handling of: conversion tracking, simple landing pages / form flows
  • You work in a structured way, think in numbers and can explain results clearly
  • Reliable, honest communication; remote work possible
  • Experience with lead campaigns (B2B), ideally with clearly measurable results
