Job Description
Global HR Business Partner shaping workforce, talent, and culture strategy for Ergomed’s global pharmacovigilance operations. Advising senior leaders supporting safer pharmaceutical therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to global business leaders and translate business goals into HR strategies
- Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across an international workforce
- Shape global performance frameworks
- Drive retention and development strategies for hard-to-find pharmacovigilance and safety talent
- Monitor global team engagement and act on employee feedback
- Guide teams through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and transformation
- Support reward decisions and HR reporting using data-driven analysis
- Ensure global HR policies remain compliant across markets
- Partner directly with senior pharmacovigilance leadership across regions
- Help build teams, culture, and capability supporting global drug safety monitoring
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries
- CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required
- PV experience is preferred
- A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level)
- Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance
- Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement, and change
- Data-driven and commercially minded approach
- Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures
- Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Ability to partner with senior PV leadership across regions
- Knowledge of compensation, HR analytics, reporting, and global compliance
