Job Description
Freelance Oracle HCM Core HR consultant supporting productive enterprise HR systems. Analyzing incidents, configuring enhancements, and coordinating specialist support for an international client.
Responsibilities:
- Support a productive Oracle HCM environment with a focus on Core HR
- Perform functional issue analysis and incident resolution
- Configure and implement smaller changes and new features
- Conduct root cause analysis for more complex issues
- Support Oracle Service Requests
- Assess impacts from Oracle quarterly releases
- Support testing and regression testing
- Functionally triage and route topics to other Oracle specialists
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle Core HR
- Experience in productive application support
- Hands-on experience with bug fixing and root cause analysis
- Experience with Oracle HCM configuration and enhancements
- Experience with quarterly releases and testing
- Confident communication with business and IT stakeholders
- Very good English skills
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle Help Desk
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle SRs
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience as HCM Lead or Service Lead
