Job Description

HR Generalist delivering operational people services, employee relations support, and HR projects for PwC Australia. Using Workday, ServiceNow, people analytics, and approved AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a delivery partner and representative of the People & Culture function
  • Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent mapping, remuneration alignment, promotions, performance and development, onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters
  • Partner with People and Culture Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to design and deliver programs
  • Use ServiceNow and Workday to triage requests, manage SLAs, and resolve cases
  • Analyse people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support change management and communications for people initiatives
  • Contribute to knowledge management resources
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships and provide pragmatic advice
  • Embed approved AI capabilities into daily delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in operational HR and people service delivery within complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, awards and employment legislation in Australia
  • Proficiency with HR systems and tools, ideally including ServiceNow and Workday
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Solid project management capability with attention to detail, risk awareness, and outcome orientation
  • Data literacy and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
