Job Description
Global HR Business Partner shaping workforce, talent, culture, and change strategy for Ergomed’s global pharmacovigilance teams. Supporting pharmaceutical and clinical research operations across countries.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to global business and senior leaders
- Translate business goals into effective HR strategies
- Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across multiple countries
- Shape global performance frameworks
- Drive retention and development strategies for PV and safety talent
- Monitor global team engagement and act on employee feedback
- Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation
- Support compensation and reward decisions using data-driven analysis
- Manage HR reporting and ensure global policies remain compliant across markets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries
- CRO or pharmaceutical experience required
- PV experience preferred
- A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level)
- Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance
- Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement, and change
- Data-driven and commercially minded approach
- Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures
- Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Ability to work across a genuinely international, multi-country footprint
