Job Description

HR Business Partner supporting Docplanner’s global healthcare technology teams. Advising leaders, managing people processes, and advancing talent initiatives across Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Tech and Product leadership on all people-related topics
  • Serve as the point of contact for managers and employees
  • Oversee Product and Engineering business areas and deliver core business-as-usual activities and KPIs
  • Advise and coach leaders on day-to-day management, organizational design, performance reviews, promotions, learning needs, and compensation strategies
  • Contribute to Talent strategy and lead performance management, mentoring, and career path initiatives
  • Participate in global People Experience projects and represent Tech team needs
  • Manage end-to-end people processes within areas of responsibility
  • Support employees from onboarding through offboarding
  • Guide employees on learning and development opportunities and career progression
  • Apply a data-driven approach to HR and connect business needs with relevant metrics

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with Human Resources processes, such as hiring, training, performance management, or compensation
  • Deep HRBP experience, including organizational design, organizational development, change management, and talent management
  • Numbers- and data-oriented approach to HR
  • Ability to connect business needs and goals to relevant metrics
  • Fluent Polish
  • Advanced English
  • Experience partnering with Engineering teams is a plus
  • Experience with labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany, or Italy is a plus
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Legal right to work in the country of residence or the location of the role
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
