Job Description

Texas-based account manager driving Learning Ally Audiobook Solution adoption across school districts. Managing onboarding, usage, training, renewals, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion customer success in contracted school districts and charters
  • Lead implementation and adoption of the Learning Ally Audiobook Solution
  • Conduct welcome and implementation calls for new district and school-level customers
  • Proactively manage assigned accounts to drive solution usage and adoption
  • Execute targeted outreach strategies across the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor customer usage data and metrics and identify accounts requiring intervention
  • Provide timely, personalized support through multiple outreach channels
  • Evaluate outreach effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve efficiency, usage, and retention
  • Promote reading engagement initiatives among educators and students
  • Secure contract renewals and drive revenue retention
  • Fulfill contractual deliverables, including professional learning and marketing initiatives
  • Address at-risk accounts to maximize renewals and revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Reading Programs, and Solutions teams
  • Promote up-sell and cross-sell opportunities using consultative sales skills
  • Ensure seamless handoff of customer relationships from sales and marketing leads
  • Develop and maintain district- and school-level relationships
  • Deliver structured onboarding experiences
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions and resources
  • Tailor support to customer lifecycle stages, implementation levels, and seasonal considerations
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of current and new products or features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Education required
  • Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or educational leadership roles preferred
  • Demonstrated success driving customer engagement and measurable usage outcomes within K-12 education settings
  • Experience supporting schools or districts in adopting ed-tech solutions, educational programs, or similar initiatives
  • Proven ability to analyze usage data to inform intervention strategies and improve customer engagement
  • Experience designing, executing, and evaluating communication or customer engagement campaigns
  • Experience providing product training or professional development sessions, both in person and remotely
  • Must be a resident of the state of Texas
  • Preferred proficiency with CRM software, NetSuite preferred
  • Master's Degree in Education preferred
  • Experience working with struggling readers preferred
