Job Description

Growth Leader responsible for sales and marketing strategy execution at Springboard Collaborative. Leading a high-performing team to win new business and expand enrollment in educational programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, managing performance gaps.
  • Design an end-to-end growth operating model, establishing governance, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Develop a scalable go-to-market strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Enable the function to win new logos and expand existing relationships through customer engagement activities.
  • Deliver compelling sales collateral and enablement strategies in collaboration with other functions.
  • Track KPIs to measure the growth function's impact and effectiveness.
  • Manage regional pods of sales and marketing staff to ensure unified strategy.
  • Represent Springboard at industry conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and service expansion.
  • Create executive-ready deliverables communicating insights and progress.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing marketing and sales teams of 10+ people.
  • Experience in new business development in B2B education services organizations.
  • Experience creating high-level strategy roadmaps for marketing and sales functions.
  • Expertise in pricing, P&L management, and setting KPIs/OKRs related to revenue generation.
  • Experience building a team and operations from scratch, ensuring problem solutions and value realization.
  • Experience with the delivery of educational services (preferred).
  • Experience with literacy programs and early intervention programs/MTSS (preferred).
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations (preferred).
