Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager owning a growth marketing pod with client success focus. Leading a diverse team while driving client retention and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own a growth marketing pod and manage client success
- Lead a team of media buyers, video editors, and designers
- Develop and execute strategies for scaling DTC brands
- Promote long-term client retention and service excellence
- Navigate high-pressure situations and conflict resolution
Requirements:
- Exceptional client communication skills
- Native or near-native English fluency
- Strong client success orientation
- Real experience managing team members
- Desire to lead and train, not just execute
- Strong experience in Meta ads for DTC eCommerce (Google Ads is a plus)
- Strong creative strategy instincts
- Past agency or freelance experience managing multiple clients
