Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns for a B2B SaaS platform. Partnering closely with internal and external teams to support pipeline and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute growth and demand generation campaigns aligned to priorities, targets, and budgets.
- Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across: Paid media (LinkedIn, Google Search, retargeting), Email and nurture programs, Industry partnerships, events, and sponsorships.
- Translate high-level strategy and positioning into campaign-level messaging, assets, and conversion paths.
- Build campaign briefs and manage day-to-day execution with internal and external teams.
- Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure accurate lead routing, tracking, and attribution in HubSpot.
- Develop campaign-specific messaging rooted in approved positioning and value propositions.
- Create and maintain high-impact revenue-driving assets, including: Landing pages, ads, email sequences, webinars, and gated content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns reflect real buyer pain points and sales feedback.
- Support sales motions with targeted enablement tied to active campaigns.
- Own performance tracking for assigned campaigns, including pipeline contribution.
- Maintain campaign dashboards and reporting for marketing and revenue leadership.
- Run structured experiments across messaging, channels, and conversion paths to improve performance and lead quality.
- Identify and execute optimization opportunities within campaigns, landing pages, and nurture flows.
- Make data-backed recommendations to improve results; execution authority stays within assigned campaigns and channels.
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and content production while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Build repeatable workflows to improve speed, consistency, and iteration velocity.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or a compliance- or operations-focused market
- Proven experience executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
- Strong campaign-level messaging and content execution skills
- Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to support lead quality, routing, and handoff
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and paid media platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into action
- Comfortable owning outcomes within defined strategic direction and operating with clear accountability.
