Job Description

Gun Club Sales Representative for The Kinetic Group seeking new gun clubs nationwide. Work from home in select Southeastern US states like Florida and Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned revenue and profit objectives as established by leadership.
  • Develop and foster strong customer relationships to expand market share of TKG Brands.
  • Attend and staff major shooting competitions nationwide to interface with customers and consumers.
  • Continually monitor and analyze category and item performance and pivot as necessary to maximize sales, profits, and market share.
  • Brand awareness enhancements, uncovering sales opportunities, and merchandising opportunities at Elite Gun Clubs, Outfitter Programs and Lodges, and Indoor and Outdoor Ranges.
  • Forecast annual needs and be able to monitor delivery for those needs.
  • Manage programs to remain competitive within the market.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market and industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related; will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • 1-3 years of Gun Club sales experience; or related sales experience
  • Ability to effectively work with and connect with various internal customers.
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
