Job Description

Account Executive driving sales and client relationships for GLI, a global gaming testing and certification company. Managing North American gambling-industry accounts, renewals, negotiations, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver responsive, world-class customer service
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact, both remote and in-person, with assigned accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each client
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and needs analysis through contract signing and post-service follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and cross-functional teams
  • Represent GLI at assigned industry events
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must reside near a major airport
  • Preference for New Jersey (US); listed locations include South Carolina, Connecticut, Georgia, New York, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey
  • Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales roles (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year in the gaming industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Experience presenting to senior-level clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while balancing priorities
  • High degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties
  • Up to 40% travel, sometimes on short notice
  • May be required to obtain a gaming license in one or more gaming jurisdictions; continued employment may be contingent on obtaining it if requested
