Job Description
Leading the Corporate Sales team for EGYM Wellpass, driving B2B fitness solutions in Baden-Württemberg. Spearheading sales strategies, market analysis, and event planning.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: You will, over time, lead a team of Account Executives who are able to sell our product to HR decision-makers and coach them on our sales strategies to drive their success.
- Strategy development: You will create a regional potential analysis, use our CRM tools for evaluations, and derive regional sales strategies to support further company growth.
- Know-how: You will support your team with your expertise in developing tailored sales strategies while always keeping regional specifics in mind.
- Market analysis: You will analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Event planning: You will organize trade shows and events in the region together with your team and other internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: You will work on a project basis with internal stakeholders and contribute your sales expertise to jointly advance the success of our customers.
- Team development: You will be responsible, over time, for the ongoing support and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new and existing team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales as an individual contributor and at least 3 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
- Network: Ideally, you already have an established network of HR decision-makers in the Greater Baden-Württemberg area.
- Hands-on: You have a strong hands-on mentality and actively support sales — pragmatic, solution-oriented, and committed.
- Leadership: You have a proven track record of building successful sales teams and leading them to success with a clear vision and inspiring leadership.
- Communication skills: You possess strong analytical understanding, a persuasive presentation style, and solid negotiation skills, and you act independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
