Job Description

Teamlead managing sales and leading a team of field sales representatives for ESN & More in Eastern Austria. Focusing on active customer engagement and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales territory of Eastern Austria (preferably Vienna)
  • Active customer management at the point of sale
  • Lead and develop a team of three field sales representatives in Austria
  • Responsible for sales and growth targets
  • Build and further develop sustainable business relationships
  • Manage sales, product range and in-store placements
  • Implement sales and promotion activities
  • Analyze market, competitor and growth potentials
  • Support the team in achieving targets and planning routes

Requirements:

  • Several years of field sales experience in food retail or comparable sales experience
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience, ideally in sales or field sales
  • Completed commercial/business education
  • Convincing communication, strong negotiation skills and confident leadership presence
  • Enjoy working with metrics, passion for selling and enthusiasm for products
  • Confident use of digital tools and openness to new ideas
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel within Austria
  • Very good German and good English skills
