Job Description

Head of EMEA Sales driving enterprise revenue and shaping go-to-market strategy across Europe. Working closely with sales leadership while also coaching team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close new enterprise business in EMEA while shaping the regional go-to-market approach.
  • Personally source, open, and qualify new enterprise opportunities across EMEA.
  • Own and run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from first meeting through contract signature.
  • Define and refine the EMEA sales strategy in collaboration with the CEO, Head of Growth, and US Sales leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to the existing EMEA sales team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales role
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logos, not solely managing inbound leads or existing accounts
  • Experience selling to enterprise or upper mid-market customers with complex buying processes and long sales cycles
  • Comfortable balancing individual contribution with light people leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
