Job Description
Head of Sales at Wandelbots, responsible for leading enterprise sales and strategic partnerships across Europe. Building a high-performing team to drive revenue and strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the enterprise sales organization for Europe (with future global expansion in mind)
- Own CxO-level engagement (Production, Operations, Finance, Digital, IT)
- Drive platform-first selling, not project or feature selling
- Lead complex sales cycles (12–24 months) from strategic alignment to framework agreements
- Ensure every engagement is designed for scale, expansion, and long-term ARR
- Own and elevate enterprise-grade business case creation
- Build and manage a high-impact partner ecosystem
- Hire, coach, and develop senior enterprise sellers and partner leaders
- Establish scalable sales governance, forecasting, and deal quality standards
Requirements:
- Many years in enterprise sales leadership, ideally in:
- Enterprise software
- Platform businesses
- IT-led transformation environments
- Proven track record selling complex IT platforms into global enterprises
- Experience with multi-stakeholder, board-level buying processes
- Strong exposure to partner-led and ecosystem-driven GTM models
- Experience preparing organizations for hyper-growth or IPO phases is a strong plus.
