Job Description

HR Assistant supporting the HR Director by handling day-to-day people operations and administrative HR tasks. Ensure accuracy in data and execution of HR workflows for organizational smoothness.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • HR Systems, Tools & Data Management
  • Benefits & Insurance Administration
  • Employee & Client Communication
  • PTO, Timekeeping & Reporting
  • Company Property Monitoring

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, people operations, or operations support
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong track record of data accuracy
  • Able to work independently, prioritize recurring tasks, and follow through without reminders
  • Trusted with sensitive employee and client information; discretion is non-negotiable
  • Confident using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with time-tracking or monitoring tools (e.g., Hubstaff, Teramind) (Nice-to-have)
