Job Description
Hiring Partner recruiting for Thermer SaaS app team. Focus on aligned and high-performing candidate hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Execute alignment-driven hiring and reject skilled but misaligned candidates
- Apply my direction (requirements, skills, evaluation criteria, sample questions) to hire efficiently
- Run interviews independently and evaluate: Skill depth, Thinking clarity, Ownership & accountability, Communication & instruction-following
- Submit evidence-based evaluation reports with a clear recommendation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on hiring or recruiting experience
- Strong evaluation and questioning skills (beyond CV screening)
- Ability to judge alignment + execution , not confidence alone
- Clear written communication and structured thinking
- Ethical backbone — no shortcuts or favoritism
