Job Description

Hiring Partner recruiting for Thermer SaaS app team. Focus on aligned and high-performing candidate hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute alignment-driven hiring and reject skilled but misaligned candidates
  • Apply my direction (requirements, skills, evaluation criteria, sample questions) to hire efficiently
  • Run interviews independently and evaluate: Skill depth, Thinking clarity, Ownership & accountability, Communication & instruction-following
  • Submit evidence-based evaluation reports with a clear recommendation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on hiring or recruiting experience
  • Strong evaluation and questioning skills (beyond CV screening)
  • Ability to judge alignment + execution , not confidence alone
  • Clear written communication and structured thinking
  • Ethical backbone — no shortcuts or favoritism
