Job Description
HR Associate supporting employee engagement and learning development initiatives. Focus on enhancing employee experience and organizational culture in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and implement the annual employee engagement calendar of activities.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities then conduct engagement surveys and analyse results to identify trends and recommend action plans.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of engagement programs, from conceptualization to execution and post-event review.
- Develop initiatives that foster collaboration, belonging, and retention
- Act as primary point of contact and lead coordinator for all employee engagement activities.
- Manage monthly PHP Bonding Session.
- Manage year-end party venues, suppliers, and ensure smooth logistics execution.
- Monthly email communications to the PH team regarding relevant local events and occasions.
- Prepare and distribute greeting cards for employee birthdays and work anniversary celebrations to ensure a personalized and timely recognition experience (Recocards)
- Assist in managing employee recognition programs to celebrate achievement and milestones (As required)
- Support the execution of P&C global employee engagement survey.
- Monitor employee sentiment and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives, including leadership development, professional skill training and role-based pathways.
- Identify and source relevant external training programs and providers to complement internal leaning initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with external training companies. (e.g., training agencies, and Philippine local agencies)
- Promote learning experiences that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Guide employees to navigate new platform to increase adoption and engagement
- Contribute to the enhancement of new employee onboarding programs to ensure effective integration.
- Prepare all necessary instructions materials, checklists, reports, documentation required in the conduct of learning and development program
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and stay updated on emerging L&D industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or any related field
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and learning & development management role
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- High sense of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to build rapport with employees, managers, and business leaders
- Preferably with experience in working in multinational or culturally diverse team
- Resourceful, adaptable and resilient
- Effective team player and capacity to innovate and produce creative ideas
- With strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing timelines, budgets, and logistics for employee events
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
