Job Description

HRBP Manager advising Huron’s Education & Research consulting business on workforce strategy. Driving talent, engagement, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities and implement solutions supporting business goals
  • Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement solutions
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Centers of Excellence to design, implement, and evaluate HR programs
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Education & Research Industry and assigned business unit to provide strategic recommendations
  • Drive annual HR processes including performance management, talent assessment, development planning, and compensation planning
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive HR insights and solutions
  • Partner with the HR Strategy Leader and business leaders on people-related issues
  • Provide tactical support for day-to-day business operations
  • Serve as a key member of the business unit leadership team, supporting employee integration, development, engagement, and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field
  • Prior experience in the management consulting industry or professional services industry strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience; global experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a high level of independence
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and executive presence
  • Experience leading projects with support from senior leadership
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills to partner across geographies, functions, and levels with a global mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in HRIS technology applications, including Workday
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for HR workflows, workforce data analysis, policies, job architectures, and employee communications
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization is a plus
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, large corporate setting, or professional services organization
