Job Description

HR Business Partner supporting Talkiatry, a technology-powered psychiatry practice. Advising clinical leaders on employee relations, performance, compensation, onboarding, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to clinical leadership and provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with management on HR needs and initiatives that improve organizational performance and employee engagement
  • Advise leadership on employee relations, talent management, and performance optimization
  • Help managers address and resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and align with organizational goals
  • Support performance management, goal setting, coaching, and feedback for clinicians
  • Administer clinical compensation adjustments and bonus payments with HR Operations and Payroll
  • Submit clinical promotions and reporting-line changes for processing
  • Track clinical employee-relations matters, maintain documentation, and report data to identify trends
  • Coordinate workplace accommodation requests with HR Operations and clinical leadership
  • Partner with Learning & Development on clinical onboarding and analyze new-hire experience data
  • Analyze HR metrics covering employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation, and recommend process improvements
  • Conduct clinical exit interviews and related offboarding tasks to inform retention strategies
  • Take on additional HR responsibilities and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience providing HR business partnership to growing organizations
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits
  • Proven HR Business Partner experience aligning HR practices with organizational goals
  • Proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Experience working closely with remote teams; healthcare or telehealth experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with performance tracking, exit interviews, and retention strategy development
  • Experience with reasonable accommodations processes and HR best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
