Job Description
HR Operations Specialist managing onboarding, payroll, and benefits for Muvr's HR department. Ensuring compliance and data accuracy in employee records with a focus on effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists end to end (HR admin side)
- Coordinate tool access readiness with internal tool owners as applicable
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and required documentation with tight version control
- Support payroll coordination: timesheet follow-ups, cutoffs, exception tracking, dispute logging
- Support benefits administration coordination and employee queries
- Manage HR documentation templates, forms, and standard letters
- Own HR Ops intake triage support and keep queues clean and updated
- Ensure data accuracy across HR trackers and reporting inputs
Requirements:
- 2+ years in HR admin, People Ops, or operations coordination
- Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort with repetitive workflows
- High discretion with confidential information
- Strong written communication and documentation habits
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and deadlines
