Job Description
Bilingual HR & People Operations Manager collaboratively working with HR functions. Focusing on compliance, strategy, and operational support with an HR agency.
Responsibilities:
- own the infrastructure behind our HR function: the filings, the compliance, the strategy, the agendas, and the systems that keep everything running with discipline and integrity.
- work alongside our HR agency and internal HR Coordinator, providing the strategic and operational backbone that ties it all together.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)• Must overlap with US business hours (Eastern / Central)
