Job Description

HR Relations Specialist managing employee relations cases and compliance tasks for an AI-driven logistics platform. Focus on documentation, policy enforcement, and support for HR leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own employee relations case handling support and compliance execution
  • Protect fairness, consistency, and defensibility across sensitive issues
  • Enable leaders to act early and correctly
  • Heavy focus on documentation, triage, case workflow discipline, and policy enforcement support

Requirements:

  • Triage and coordinate employee relations cases, including P1 issues, with strict confidentiality
  • Manage case files: intake notes, timelines, evidence logs, findings summaries, outcome documentation
  • Coordinate investigation steps and interviews as needed with HR leadership
  • Track case SLAs, aging, and next-step ownership, and escalate risks early
  • Maintain and update HR policies, acknowledgments, and compliance training requirements
  • Support audits and compliance checks: documentation completeness, policy adherence, training completion
  • Coach managers on safe, consistent handling of conflicts and conduct issues
  • Maintain compliance and ER templates: intake forms, investigation guides, outcome letters, documentation checklists
