Job Description

HR Specialist supporting the Veterans Health Administration’s workforce planning and data analysis for RISE Implementation initiative. Contributing to personnel realignment and documenting current staffing models.

Responsibilities:

  • Support workforce-related activities for the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative.
  • Contribute to workforce transition activities, including supporting personnel realignment efforts.
  • Track workforce changes and maintain staffing models.
  • Assist in analyzing workforce impacts of organizational changes.
  • Support coordination with functional leads and help identify workforce-related risks, gaps, and dependencies.
  • Develop implementation tools, such as checklists and trackers.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of federal HR experience.
  • HS/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
