Job Description
HR Specialist supporting the Veterans Health Administration’s workforce planning and data analysis for RISE Implementation initiative. Contributing to personnel realignment and documenting current staffing models.
Responsibilities:
- Support workforce-related activities for the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative.
- Contribute to workforce transition activities, including supporting personnel realignment efforts.
- Track workforce changes and maintain staffing models.
- Assist in analyzing workforce impacts of organizational changes.
- Support coordination with functional leads and help identify workforce-related risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Develop implementation tools, such as checklists and trackers.
Requirements:
- 6 years of federal HR experience.
- HS/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
