Job Description

Workday analyst managing configurations and user support for Medtronic's global Diabetes business. Focusing on process optimization and reporting capabilities, ensuring system adoption across a large workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Workday for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and managing updates and enhancements
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, conduct training to help users effectively utilize the Workday platform
  • Develop, maintain and deliver customer reports and analytics, establish protocols for data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful system adoption

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of Workday Configuration Experience
  • Proficiency is required in 2 of the following Workday modules: Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Experience with Security & Reporting is highly preferred
