Job Description

Senior HR Business Partner overseeing the employee lifecycle at MeridianLink. Actively involved in HR project implementation and employee relations management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding
  • Act as a key contributor to the implementation of HR projects
  • Resolve employee relation issues including those involving management
  • Recommend changes to company policy, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Establish and maintain influential relationships with management and employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred experience with ADP.
