Job Description
Junior HR Associate managing recruitment and employee relations for marketing roles at FyerX. Responsible for onboarding, HR policies, and employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms to screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our marketing and creative roles.
- Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the FyerX culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the performance management process, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably within a marketing agency or a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism.
