Job Description

Senior Employee Relations Investigator responsible for investigating violations of company policies. Collaboration with HR and Legal teams to support employee relations at Papa John’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating alleged violations of the company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
  • Independently conduct workplace investigations by collecting and analyzing relevant data
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations based on investigation findings
  • Provide solid and factual written reports of investigations
  • Create corrective action plans for substantiated allegations
  • Manage ER case management system
  • Assist in periodic reporting of trends and proactive positive employee relations strategies

Requirements:

  • Five+ years of progressive experience in workplace investigation or conflict resolution
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or Psychology
  • Strong background working with employees in Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality or Supply Chain
  • Workplace Investigation Training and/or Certification
