Job Description
Senior Employee Relations Investigator responsible for investigating violations of company policies. Collaboration with HR and Legal teams to support employee relations at Papa John’s.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating alleged violations of the company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
- Independently conduct workplace investigations by collecting and analyzing relevant data
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations based on investigation findings
- Provide solid and factual written reports of investigations
- Create corrective action plans for substantiated allegations
- Manage ER case management system
- Assist in periodic reporting of trends and proactive positive employee relations strategies
Requirements:
- Five+ years of progressive experience in workplace investigation or conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or Psychology
- Strong background working with employees in Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality or Supply Chain
- Workplace Investigation Training and/or Certification
