Job Description
HR Business Partner supporting business performance through talent management and organizational effectiveness at Newfold Digital. Collaborating with leaders and HRBP Manager to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals
- Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs
- Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to advise leaders on team structures, role design, and reporting lines
- Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, calibration, and reviews)
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Utilize key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-fill, talent flow, etc.) to support decision making
- Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix/global organization
- Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in HR systems and tools.
