Job Description
HRIS Analyst managing Workday configurations and system optimization in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining data integrity within HRIS processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform configurations for core HCM and supporting modules including but not limited to, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Entry / Time Off/ Absence Management, Payroll, and Performance.
- Lead system functionality testing and issue resolution and develop proof of concepts based on business requirements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create, edit and prepare reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Create core system elements following our internal HRIS standard operating procedures (SOPs) – including but not limited to cost centers, supervisory orgs, locations, etc.
- Take ownership of data integrity audits in the system and run development reports to give analysis back to functional teams to drive compliance standards for internal HR processes.
- Ensure day-to-day technical tasks are executed in an accurate and timely manner aligned with best practices and standards within Workday.
- Monitor the HRIS team inbox with team and be first point of contact for employee and functional leaders on inquiries and support request.
- Support HR Transformation, project/program management, change management, and process improvement within Workday.
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for all HRIS request by researching and troubleshooting the support tickets, assisting with resolution with manager approval, being a liaison with the requestor.
- Participate actively in the Workday community and serve as the Workday advocate for the organization.
- Stays up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Workday and HCM systems.
- Work on projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources in an HRIS role supporting functional areas including HRIS, Compliance, Operations, etc.
- Hands on experience with HR technology – Workday experience is required and Workday Certification preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and systematically gather relevant information.
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
