Job Description

HubSpot Sales Specialist optimizing HubSpot for multiple sales reps and executing outbound sales strategies for U.S. clients. Fully remote role with growth potential in leadership as team expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub for multiple sales reps.
  • Build, manage, and improve sales sequences, workflows, and automation.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data, ensuring pipeline integrity.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and generate new qualified opportunities.
  • Track responses and create deals for sales reps where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure task completion and follow-ups.
  • Monitor outbound efficiency and CRM adoption.
  • Provide insights to improve workflows and drive results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Deep, hands-on experience with **HubSpot Sales Hub**.
  • Proven ability to build and manage sales sequences and workflows.
  • Background in outbound sales development, prospecting, or SDR work.
  • Strong attention to CRM accuracy and data hygiene.
  • Fluent English (near-native) for client-facing calls.
  • Highly organized and process-driven.
  • Comfortable balancing system management with direct sales execution.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and match the pace of U.S.-based teams.

  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Zapier or other automation tools.
  • Previous B2B sales experience in services, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
