Job Description

Program Analyst supporting GDIT’s ICAM technology and mission-services program. Managing documentation, deliverables, onboarding, reporting, and back-office program operations remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Support back-office operations for the ICAM program
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and artifacts for the ICAM Program Management Office
  • Coordinate program documentation, including agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs, and related artifacts
  • Ensure consistent documentation standards across program teams
  • Support program leadership by tracking goals, timelines, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate meeting artifacts and track action items
  • Support briefing and planning materials
  • Maintain program communication artifacts and collaborative information sharing
  • Identify and resolve administrative or workflow blockers
  • Track CDRLs and contract deliverable artifacts
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Review, finalize, and deliver Monthly Status Report and Quarterly Program Review inputs to the customer
  • Finalize and track program deliverables and artifacts
  • Support tracking and compliance of required Government training
  • Support special projects as assigned
  • Interface with program management, finance/contracts, engineering, and compliance

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis
  • Experience supporting programs in complex DoW or technical environments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to consolidate technical and functional content into clear, consistent documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with collaboration and project-tracking tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Ability to complete identity verification and participate on camera during virtual interviews
