Job Description

IT Help Desk Specialist coordinating IT service operations for clients and managing customer communications. Ensuring smooth daily business operations and solving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and Prioritize: Take incoming customer requests via phone, email, or ticket system and assess their urgency.
  • Schedule Technicians: Coordinate appointments for technicians, plan their assignments, and proactively track progress.
  • Sales Support: You coordinate and schedule appointments with new potential clients for our sales team.
  • Keep Operations Running: Ensure smooth daily business operations by monitoring open tickets and following up as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main interface between customers and internal teams, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Problem Solving: React quickly to emergencies or schedule changes and find solutions on the spot.

Requirements:

  • German proficiency (B1+ minimum) – you can communicate effectively with German-speaking customers and colleagues.
  • You love organization – planning, coordinating, and keeping track of multiple things at once energizes you.
  • Careful and structured work style – you're reliable and take ownership of your tasks.
  • Solution-oriented mindset – when problems arise, you find ways to fix them.
  • Strong service awareness – customer satisfaction is important to you.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can talk to customers and technicians clearly and professionally.
  • Team player attitude – you work well with others and support your colleagues.
  • Previous experience in dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service roles (Nice to Have).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or dispatch software (Nice to Have).
