Job Description

Junior HR Assistant Intern supporting recruiting and candidate consulting activities for IT professionals. Assist recruiters and help candidates find job opportunities in Germany while working remotely in EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting and candidate consulting activities
  • Search and apply for IT job vacancies on job boards and professional platforms
  • Assist in creating and editing CVs and cover letters for clients
  • Send outreach messages to potential employers on behalf of clients
  • Prepare simple progress reports on client job applications
  • Conduct basic research on companies and job openings based on client criteria
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and solid research habits
  • Basic understanding of the IT landscape (e.g., you know Java vs. JavaScript)
  • Comfortable working with job boards and Google Docs
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes
