Job Description

Junior Partner Account Manager at Social Discovery Group managing partner relationships and communications. Work involves onboarding partners and managing affiliate inquiries in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing partners without income
  • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions
  • Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback
  • Managing project news channels
  • Working on Affiliate Partner's requests
  • Frequent questions from Affiliate Partners
  • Assistance with onboarding of new partners
  • Assistance in all CRM chats

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace
