Job Description

Junior Sales Representative connecting with customers remotely at Global Charter Services, handling inbound calls to generate leads. Engaging in sales conversion and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service while gathering essential trip details.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound inquiries and input accurate information into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform.
  • Quoting & Sales Conversion: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for sales opportunities, follow up with customers, and convert quotes into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Maintain friendly, clear, and helpful communication with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
  • CRM & Technology Use: Utilize Zoho CRM and other company technology platforms to manage leads, track communication, update records, and ensure smooth sales processes and accurate data collection.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to provide clear details, support customer needs, and ensure successful trip management.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, response-time expectations, and lead conversion benchmarks, and follow the CRM process.
  • Work with National Account Executives to assist them in quote to close process.
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to assist when needed in the quality control process.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in a positive Customer Service / Sales or related field – transportation / travel / hospitality
