Job Description
Junior Talent Acquisition Manager managing end-to-end recruiting for diverse business areas. Engaging in talent management and shaping organizational culture at AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading automotive platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for our diverse business areas and ensure a fast, personalized candidate experience
- Conduct interviews independently and help us find the best talent for our Retail department
- Take ownership of applicant management and coordinate schedules between internal interviewers/stakeholders and our candidates
- Position yourself as a trusted sparring partner for our business units through professional conduct
- Proactively contribute your ideas and support projects that align with both business objectives and recruiting trends
Requirements:
- Passion for HR and (initial) practical experience in recruiting, ideally within an international company
- Excellent German and English language skills (minimum level C1)
- Enjoy working in a dynamic company culture and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility
- A structured way of working and the ability to inspire people
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus, but not required
