Job Description
Key Account Manager responsible for sales and support of Cancer Diagnostic Products in Australia. Driving account management and customer engagement in the Anatomical Pathology Marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding current business accounts in Victoria & Tasmania
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
- Provide Applications Support to customers as needed
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Promote new and existing products and laboratory solutions to current and new customers
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen and responsible for account management, sales presentations, conducting business reviews and CRM management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or University Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
- Histotechnology laboratory experience in IHC & primary staining
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- An understanding of the diagnostic market
- Business development or sales experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Genomics, particularly NGS is a plus.
