Job Description

Key Account Manager for a beverage company expanding retail presence in France & BeNeLux. Building relationships with major retailers and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the performance of our France & BeNeLux accounts, ensuring that financial targets for sales, revenue, and margin are achieved.
  • Develop and implement tailored & holistic joint-business plans - fully aligned with company objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with major France & BeNeLux retailers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and sustainable growth.
  • Gain and successfully onboard new strategic retail partners in line with our international growth strategy.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Trade Marketing) to deliver seamless execution.
  • Provide actionable insights on France & BeNeLux consumer and retail trends to help shape commercial strategies and inform future planning.
  • Drive efficiencies and improvements across processes and ensure excellence in forecasting, promo reviews and performance reporting.
  • Work alongside a high-performing team, sharing best practices, and striving for collective success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management of major retail accounts within the FMCG/CPG sector in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France - experience in the beverage or household category is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of the BeNeLux and French offline retail landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented, commercial mindset.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach, capable of driving initiatives across functions.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficient in using data to inform decisions and deliver compelling insights.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel regularly.
